...nicely executed, he evades his defender, in fact, fakes him out badly...
...circling back around, Pat now has some running room, while his antagonist is flat on
his back (far right)...
..here comes another USM defender, who appears to have the angle...
...and another one: it's time to pack it in, just get the yards you can -- and
remember, "ball security"....
...USM's Bailey commences intended extrication process, trying to separate ball carrier
from ball...
...and durned if he hasn't managed to do so -- but, wait, Pat's knee hasn't touched; it's
still a live ball -- and note Mighty Casey looming on the left of the image...
..."Come to papa," says Thor, as the ball bounces just right...
...and a split-second later, Casey is in possession, rip-snorting like a bucking bronc...
...USM bodies lying all over the turf, but Thor is off to the races...
...Patrick looks around, like, "Wha hoppened???"...
...Casey's on his way to six more Owl points, is what happened...
..."Hey, coach, is this legal?"...
...score first, and ask questions later...
