First play from scrimmage, TMac fakes the handoff, rolls
left -- and it's clear that Tulsa's number 32 is not on his radar screen....
...TMac makes the throw, and Tulsa's Curnelius Arnick
(32) begins to react...
....Whoa! Right in the bread basket...
...and off Curnelius goes on his merry way, taking the
ball back 15 yards to the Rice 11
Taylor Cook is deep downfield, but screeches to a halt to try and come back and recover
the wind-blown ball...
...or at least bat it out of the way of the Tulsa defender...
...but dadburn it! The ball slithers up in the air and just appears to hang there...
...Tulsa's Dexter McCoil says, "thank you, sir, for serving this one up on a silver
platter..."
...15 yards back downfield, TCook has recovered, charged downfield, made the tackle and
stripped McCoil of the ball (only to see it fall into the hands of another Tulsa
player, mid-air)
